JBL Omni Bluetooth Over-Ears for $85 [or $40 Used]

According to the Staples Weekly Ad for the week of April 26 until the close of business on May 2nd, they will have the over-ear JLab Omni bluetooth headphones on sale for $85 instead of their usual $100 price. Not all Staples store may carry it, so there is a YMMV component. Amazon’s own price as of blog-posting time is $100.

However, if you are comfortable with used headphones, you can get for $40~ in “Used – Good condition” or $42.64 in “Used – Very Good” condition by Amazon Warehouse Deals. There are many listings under “Very Good” which could put some further pressure on the used prices if they don’t get scooped up by what their pricing computer considers an acceptable pace.

These look very similar to the Urge Basics model which average 3.8 out of 5 with 45 customer reviews at amazon and go for $35. I haven’t seen either model, so my guess is only based on the webpages.

If you are comfortable with used headphones, the MEelectronics Matrix2 AF62 bluetooth over/on-ears are currently available as used condition in multiple listings at Amazon Warehouse Deals starting at $57 (“Acceptable”), then going to $64 (“Good”), and $66 (“Very Good”) and $67 (“Like New” – on page #4 of the results over there).
