With so many headphones out there, we see all kinds of things. Including pre-order discounts. The new luxury BeoPlay H8 headphones had a starting price of $500, but their pre-order price has now dropped to $467 at Amazon.com by Amazon actual in either color scheme. These have both Bluetooth and Active Noise Cancellation with the specs promising up to 14 hours of battery with both battery-eating features turned on. They support Bluetooth 4.0 and apt-X but also play wired audio. They weigh 255 grams. Needless to say, this price is mostly for B&O fans and early adopters.
