I’m continuing to “digest” the findings from yesterday’s Amazon immersion, we have another budget bluetooth on-ear headphone, this one has the rather unusual feature of getting recharged through the 3.5mm audio port (instead of a USB port). This may sound crazy, but I actually had this very model and can testify I recharged it multiple times 🙂 [see picture #4 below] It comes with a 3.5mm to USB cable for charging.
It is the new condition Tenqa REMXD Bluetooth On-Ears going for $15, sold by the market, with the order fulfilled by Amazon, so you get free 2-day shipping if a Prime member. It averages 3.7 out of 5 based on 399 customer reviews. This uses an older version of Bluetooth, and if my memory serves me well, it sounds very “Bluetooth-y” for music playback, so it’s best suited for spoken work and videos (more talking heads and YouTube as opposed to movies or TV shows with great soundtracks).
