The closed-back wired over-ear Monoprice 8323 are one of the sub-$40 bang for the buck headphones (with interchangeable cable to boot). I haven’t seen the bluetooth version, but I have the old-school model. Despite their size and expansion on your head when you wear them, they just barely fit on my head. I have an above average head size/volume, but by no means the largest one, so keep that in mind! I rarely have head-size “just barely fits” issues with over-ears.
