The price is right but the catch of these offers is that they are part of Amazon’s Add-On Program, which means you must place an order of $25 or more in order to buy them. The restriction applies to everyone, including Prime members. You can use any combination of eligible physical products to get to $25+ (sold or fulfilled by Amazon). Both the prices and the Add-On status of products can change. These are as of the time of writing of this post.
On the featherweight on-ears front, the good old Koss KPH7 on-ears in the black color scheme go for $4.14 per pair, with a limit of five per shopping cart. You can always add cables or splitters and other small trinkets (they must be sold or fulfilled by Amazon actual, not ship directly from marketplace sellers) to qualify. For example, here’s a $2 Hoya 1/8″ to 1/4″ adaptor or $2.70 Belkin splitter or $4 Koss earcushions or another lightweight on-ear headphone, the $5 Koss KPH7 or a $1~ bag of tea (!).

Note: A good rule of thumb when it comes to ANC headphones, if you are not planning to use them mostly in ANC situations where they can be effective, then you are better off getting closed-back headphones with a good seal.
