Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 6XX is back for $200 [ships XMas]
It is back on! The open-back over-ear Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 6XX headphones are running again at the Massdrop website for $200 with free shipping. According to the schedule posted at NewEggFlash Headphones, starting at 5am eastern on Monday 7/17/17 (in case you are too hyper to fall asleep after the return of Game Of Thrones), there will be a sale on two Audio Technica open-back headphones, the AD900x and the AD500x. As the “D” in the name hints at, they are open-back. Remember our little mnemonic, “D” is shaped almost like an “O”, O for Open 🙂
The price and the seller will be revealed when they go live. There are no hints of them ahead of time. Here’s a screenshot of the teaser to make sure I am not hallucinating 🙂

The Unicorn is Returning: Sennheiser HD6XX on June 26 for $250
The unicorn is coming back! The Sennheiser HD 6XX open-back over-ear headphone will return to Massdrop, available for purchase for signed-in members on Monday June 26 at 9am eastern. There is a catch however, the price is now $250 with free global shipping.
The original launch that crashed the Massdrop website was $200. This new price puts it closer to the HD 600 and HD 650 duo, making the decision more complicated when you factor in used options as well.
This drop will have 7,500 units available for purchase.

Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO for $540 [or bundles for more]
