If you prefer to shop on eBay, you can get them for about a dollar more from Ritz Cameras on eBAY. There is no mention of warranty in the Ritz eBay listing, so assume no warranty.
You can’t go wrong with these headphones even at full price, they are a time-tested model and one of the benchmarks a number of people use to compare performance of other/newer headphones.
