The bundle is more of interest if you typically use a variety of devices in different situations, since the two Fiios are more portable devices, and the HD650 is an open-back 300 ohm headphone. There is one review there, the reviewer says 100 hours of non-stop white-noise greatly improved the sound. It does not say whether the reviewer was listening to those 100 hours of non-stop white noise or not 🙂
