This sale ended and as of 3/23/15 it’s back up to $13… You don’t even need a five fingers for these, the white color scheme of the Targus TA-41 (model TA-41HP-WHT) are currently going for $4.36 at Amazon by Amazon actual with a limit of three per customer. However, these are part of the Amazon Add-On program, which means you have to place an order of $25+, otherwise the shopping cart won’t let you buy them. This restriction also applies to Prime members. The other color schemes of this headphone go for $13 each.

Used Targus TA-13NCHP ANC over-ears for $6 [updated]
If you like to compare or experiment on headphones, or need a case, the Targus TA-13NCHP active noise-cancelling headphones are available in “Used – Like New” condition for $6 (was $7.35) by Amazon Warehouse Deals. The description says “Item will come in original packaging. Packaging may be damaged”. They come with a Targus branded case, which I am assuming will be included based on the description? The ANC circuit promises “up to 80% of ambient noise”. As the two reviews point out, these DO NOT include a mic with volume control. It doesn’t say how the ANC circuit is powered (single use batteries or internal?).

Targus Bluetooth On-Ears for $20 (YMMV)
On the strictly utilitarian bluetooth front, the Targus Bluetooth On-Ears, model TA-44HP-BT-BLK, are on sale this week (ends 1/3/15) at Staples brick and mortar store for $20 per pair. I can’t check every Staples stores, so there is a YMMV.
These are also going for $20 by Office Depot on eBay Now with a $5 flat local delivery fee. This is part of eBay Now (local delivery), not the regular eBay.
