SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip for $10 w/FS

We cover the whole spectrum frequency range of headphone deals on this blog, you can go from the single-figure to the flagship in-between two posts. But in this case, we have a “$10 shipped” option, with four units available, it is the new condition SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip going for $10 with free US shipping by Adorama on Amazon

The name Clip is because they clip on the ears, but they are not clip-on like the good old Koss KSC-75. They have a mic/remote and come with multiple eartips and a little pouch…

SoundMagic PL50 in-ears for $25 [MD]

One of the best kept secrets in the audiophile world is that you can achieve “good enough” with a fraction of the money of audiophile/phool products you see audio-magazines and forums-stars and forum-divas rave on about. There are always compromises but so is the case with every single flagship product out there 🙂

Which brings us to a budget option that is running for the next four days at Massdrop, it is the new condition [I’m starting to add this because MD occasionally offered refurbished or beef stock {B-stock}] SoundMagic PL50 in-ears with free US shipping. International shipping seems to hover around $8 for these ones.

They come with a case, over-cable hooks (so you can put them around your ears for sports or better stability), and seven sets of eartips (of different kinds).

These will ship in mid-April by the vendor [mayhaps that’s why international shipping is higher]. There’s no mention of warranty in the listing.

PS: Massdrop uses the word “vendor” without giving any further details. That’s why I write “vendor” since I don’t know any more than what it says over there 🙂

SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip Earphones for $20 w/FS

The new condition SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip earphones are on sale at the moment for $20 with free shipping at Adorama directly and by Adorama thru Amazon

Soundmagic PL50 In-Ears for $30 w/FS [MD]

But if you prefer the HP150, they are currently available in “Used – Good” condition (no further details given) for $72~ by Amazon Warehouse Deals actual. There is only one used listing for these at the moment. They average 3.7 out of 5 based on 25 customer reviews.

Soundmagic E10M In-Ears for $28 w/free S&H

Soundmagic PL50 in-ears for $39

The Hifiman eBay store offers the Soundmagic PL50 in-ears for $50 but the Hifiman Amazon store undercuts themselves by offering them for $39 with free shipping. These are fulfilled by Amazon, so Prime members get free 2-day shipping. They average 3.1 out of 5 based on a not-so-lucky 13 customer reviews. The complaints are about construction and durability, the praise for the sound.

SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip-On Earphones for $20

One of the various of the clip-ons are clip-on earphones (not like the Koss KSC style which are clip-on on-ear headphones), and the purveyor of Chi-Fi “Micca Distributor” is offering the blue/white SoundMAGIC EH11M Clip-On in-ears for $20 with the orders fulfilled by Amazon, so Prime members get free 2-day shipping. Non-Prime members get free shipping with $25+ orders as usual (there’s always cables, USB flash drives, adapters, etc to help you get there).

Used Soundmagic HP-151 Closed Over-Ears for $83

Soundmagic’s new HP-151 closed-back over-ears, following up on the HP-150, currently go for $130 in new condition, sold by a couple of marketplace sellers at that price, with the orders fulfilled by Amazon.

I will side-step the whole neutral/flat pitfall by only mentioning that the word “neutral” appears in six of the 20 customer reviews posted for this particular model 🙂

PS: there is also an open-back model, the HP200 which goes for $150 as of the time of writing.

SoundMAGIC HP150 drops to $170

The closed-back over-ear SoundMAGIC HP150 are now down to $170 with free shipping, in new condition, offered at this price by Tinbel and Quantum Wireless, with the order fulfilled by Amazon, so it ships from their warehouses, and it is eligible for Prime shipping, and you deal with their customer service in case of issues.
