5pk Cosmos Drawstring Headphones Pouches for $12

A five pack of Cosmos Drawstring Headphones Pouches is going for $12 in the black color scheme (back in-stock since the last time I checked) and in the gray color scheme. The black color scheme is a lot more popular review-wise, it has 80 vs 3, and it averages 4.5 out of 5.

Check dimensions of the bag (inner and outer) along with the customer reviews and answered questions to get a feel of what headphones fit in these. I have these, and I plan to review them, but I have to find them first. They are in a box somewhere 🙂

The gray color scheme has been steadily in-stock, but the black color scheme was sold out until recently. But as of this recheck, the 5-pack of Cosmos-branded drawstring headphone pouches is back in-stock in the black color scheme [CORRECTED LINK] for $12 as well. Check the product description for dimensions and the customer reviews (over 70 of them) to see what fits and what doesn’t.

I bought one of these a couple of years ago for review purposes, but I can’t find them. I have to dig deeper 🙂 I hadn’t opened them yet, so I don’t know how good they are. The one I have been using for over 3.5 years (and it held up pretty well) is the Shure HPACP1 whose price went up in recent weeks. A review of that is in the pipeline as well 🙂

On the budget side of things, this 5-pack of Cosmos brand drawstring headphone pouches in the gray color scheme is going for $10.50 by Cosmos, with the order fulfilled by Amazon, so you get free 2-day shipping if a Prime member. Dimensions are listed in the listing. They also have this in black which goes for $12. While the gray only has two reviews, the black has 73 with a 4.6 out of 5 average.

I bought these a couple of years ago and I am planning to review them, but I haven’t seen them in a few months. I hadn’t even taken them out of their packaging. I have to plan an excavation project to see if I can unearth them 🙂

They are back in-stock again, the Shure HPACP1 Headphone Carrying Pouch that fits Shure’s over-ear line-up (840, 440, 240, 750dj, 550dj) and similarly-sized (or smaller) headphones. They go for $3.56, in new condition, at Amazon by Amazon actual. They are back to being an Add-On Item, so you must place an order of $25+, otherwise their shopping cart won’t let you buy them. The restriction includes Prime members. You can buy as many as you like. These are very nice and durable pouches, but keep in mind, they are soft, they won’t protect from impact, only dust and coffee and such.

Shure Headphone Carrying Pouch drops to $6

The nice Shure Headphone Carrying Pouch, model HPACP1, is now down to $6 at Amazon.com by Amazon actual. Not to jinx it, but it’s not part of the Add-On program as of the time of writing, so if you are a Prime member, you can get just one of these and get free 2-day shipping. Non-Prime members have the usual $35+ free super saver shipping.

Limit 30 pouches per customer. This fits the various Shure studio and DJ headphones listed over there, and any other headphone with similar or smaller size. This is a soft pouch, so it won’t protect against rough treatment, but it can keep dust and coffee drops and such away. I’ve been using one for 2+ years and it’s holding up very very well. I will post a review on it once I go into a “writing spree”.

If you are looking for a quality and nice professional looking headphone carrying pouch (soft, not hard), the Shure HPACP1 is a great value at $7, sold and shipped by Amazon actual. You can buy as many as you like. They fit many on-ears, and many non-monster-size over-ears, partially depending on whether they have a detachable cable or whether they fold in some way.

Regardless, this is a solid buy. I’ve had one for two years and has no issues or wear. I need to add it to the list of items to review, which keeps getting longer, and the longer it gets, the fewer the reviews that come out 🙂
