These promotion too expired…
The Sony ZX100/ZX300 wired headphones have been one of the more readily available at brick and mortar chain stores. While not having an ideal sound signature when analyzed in a quiet room, they were comfortable enough for long time use and felt tuned/”optimized” for portable use (by that I mean they didn’t sound as bad when used in busy places like coffee shops). I’ve used a couple of those (one from each line). Following up on those is a newer model (which I haven’t listened to), with more streamlined looks, a bluetooth model, the MDR-ZX330BT, on sale for $50 with free shipping at Amazon by Amazon actual with a limit of three per customer.
Speaking of Sony and bluetooth, the MDR-XB950BT/B Extra Bass Bluetooth over-ears continue to be on sale for $88 in three different colors, also with a limit of three per customer.
