As far as I can tell, this is the current/previous generation model. At CES 2018, Shure announced a relaunch of the SE-series models 846, 535 and 425. The new ones will come with a switchable iOS/Android cable and a bluetooth cable. Thus satisfying multiple demographics and use-cases among potential buyers. The new models will come out at the very nebulous time of “Spring 2018” 🙂
