The cables are detachable. The SE-215 comes with a bluetooth cable only, but the higher models including both the bluetooth cable and a 3.5mm cable which can be switched physically to work with iOS or Android button presses.
Check reviews because some of them don’t have as high of a review score as their older pre-bluetooth models had. (I have no idea what the issues are, I’m merely looking at the numbers).
