You get the base/transmitter and one headset. The headset only works with the transmitter, you can’t use it a normal headphone. They come with rechargeable battery packs but you can also use your own AA and AAA batteries. A couple of potential issues with these is they are quick to drop the connection on silence, and the power cable connection is not user-friendly.
