Non-members can buy it starting at around 9am ET. The offer ends around 2:30pm ET today or earlier if sold out.
It is 11% claimed as of 8:36am ET, but some of the early percentages are inflated as people have 15 minutes to complete the transaction once added to their shopping cart, and if they don’t, it gets “released” back to the general pool. As a general strategy, some people add an item to the cart and use those 15 minutes to decide whether to get it. That’s what _sometimes_ partially inflates the initial percentages (I think).
