Grado action at members-only Massdrop, their SR80e on-ears are now fully unlocked for $85 with free shipping. A Grado representative (he gave an email address to be contacted at Grado) is participating in the discussion there and said “Massdrop is UNAUTHORIZED to offer Grado Labs products”. Monoprice has another headphone and earphone sale and at the bottom of the sale, they have replacement earpads for the now semi-legendary 8323 headphones. The replacement earpads are available in four different colors (red, white, grey and the default white) and go for $4.25 each.
What is frustrating with Monoprice is that their free shipping promotions are moving targets which is probably causing them to lose potential impulse purchases.

A “repurposed deal” is an item whose primary intended purpose is not headphone-related but can easily be used in this fashion. In this case, this small AmazonBasics Camera Bag is on sale for $2 each and you can buy as many as you like (technically the limit is 90 but who needs 90 of these?). It has padding and you can coil smaller earphones inside. It also has an outside zippered tiny pocket.
The only caveat is that it is part of the Amazon Add-On program, so you must place a $25+ order, otherwise their shopping cart simply won’t let you buy it. The restriction applies to Prime members as well.
Tiered coupons at Creative Store (best is $50 off $250+)
