Speaking of Jaybirds, in case you missed it, Logitech opened up its wallet and dangled $50 million in front of Jaybird, and that was enough for the deal to be made. In other words, Logitech buying Jaybird.
This is not Logitech’s first in-ear M&A action, about eight years ago they paid around $34 million to buy Ultimate Ears.
The Jaybirds Freedom Bluetooth Earbuds (model MAIN-26965), in new condition, are one of the Woot Daily Deals, offered for $30 with a limit of three units per customers, plus $5 flat shipping fee. The offer ends by 1am Eastern on Friday or earlier if they happen to sell out.
