Even though the Hifiman HE400S was the newer model with an out of the gate price of $300, the older HE-400i held on to its higher price, but now, as part of the Hifiman Black Friday festivities, the new condition Hifiman HE-400i is down to $250 with free shipping by a trio of authorized dealers that are Prime eligible (Electronics Expo, Audio Advisor, Beach Camera).
