Brookstone has a house-branded headphone amplifier with Bluetooth apt-X support, and it is currently on sale for $20 plus $5 flat shipping by Brookstone directly or through amazon.com (not Prime eligible).
It has a variety of input options (Line IN, USB, SPDIF, Bluetooth) and one output (SPDIF) option, along with (obviously) a headphone output port on the front. The headphone output and the two dials are on the front. The other ports are on the back.
None of the product pictures at those two websites show the back. For that, you have to dig into the short User Manual (direct link to PDF file). Screenshot of the back below:
So to summarize, this is not a dedicated bluetooth headphone amp. Bluetooth is only one of four input options.
PS: this is the first time I’ve seen this, so I have no other knowledge other than reading the description and PDF.
