The Apple-controlled Fall 2016 Beats line-up is certainly optimized for market share as Apple is nowhere near as protective of the Beats headphone prices as they are of their iPhones and iPads and MacBooks! Case in point, the Beats X bluetooth earphones are now down to $100 with free shipping at Amazon by Amazon actual. It doesn’t even have a realistic quantity limit (it’s 27 per customer which is not an issue for almost all consumers).
