You get the headset and the transmitter/base. This is good old RF radio signals, not bluetooth. They average 3.5 out of 5 based on over 400 customer reviews, and have 120 questions answered.
Needless to say, these are more of utilitarian use (TV, movies, YouTube, audiobooks), not critical music listening.
