PS: “review intensity ratio” is what I call the ratio of 5-star reviews divided by the number of 1-star reviews. Other things equal (and often they are not), the smaller the number, the more likely the product has serious issues. However, this is only one metric, it should not be solely used to make decisions. For example, an open-back headphone may get a lot of 1-star reviews from people who have no clue what “open back” means and they’ll complain it leaks and doesn’t isolate.
