If you are interested in getting the Sennheiser HD 650 right now (and are not swayed by dreams of the $200 Massdrop HD 6XX), the HD 650 is available in new condition at a couple of authorized dealers for $316, Adorama and Amazon actual.
If you don’t need/want to get one right away, patience or used the market is a reasonable course of action.
