Used Schiit Audio SCH-13 Sys Passive Preamp for $50
If you are a fan of Amazon Prime shopping-shipping, they have a “Used – Like New” (original packaging) Schiit Audio SCH-13 Sys Passive Preamp for $50~ with free shipping by Amazon Warehouse Deals actual… This in contrast to the new condition price at the Schiit website for $50, and the “beef stock” (B-Stock) going for $45. However, the Schiit website has mandatory shipping which ranges from $7 to $12 (of the zipcodes I tried), so it’s a YMMV depending on how you triangulate this…
PS: speaking of Schiiit, the 383-page e-book chronicling the history of the company written by the co-founders, continues to sell for $5. Even their ebook is bang for the buck, you get 0.77 pages per penny 🙂

On the tastefully-bassy budget headphone front, the closed-back on-ear AmazonBasics On-Ears in the black color scheme are on sale for $12 at Amazon by Amazon actual with a limit of three per customer. Their normal price is $15. The other two colors are not on sale. This is a bang for the buck headphone given the price (sale or otherwise).
I believe it is also sold under other brands, at least from the outside; I don’t know if they all have the same tuning, but for the price, I don’t know if they can afford to have alternate tunings 🙂
