Pre-order new Sony MDR-1000X for $400 (ANC/BT)

IFA 2016 is underway and it’s raining new headphones left and right. I am trying to catch up and keep up, I just started a dedicated post at the main blog tracking IFA 2016 headphones. It is very organized now, but it will end up turning into chaos like CES 2016 and CES 2015 posts 🙂

[DEAD] Tascam TH-200X for $25 w/free S&H

This daily deal expired… The headliner of the three Musician’s Friend Stupid Deals of the Day (they have three now instead of one per day) is the new condition closed-back Tascam TH-200X studio headphones offered for $25 with free shipping. The offer ends at 8am ET on Sunday or earlier if they run out of them. This is the second day in a row they have a headphone as one of their daily deals. Used Fiio X5 (2nd generation) DAP for $240 [updated]

The second generation of the Fiio X5 goes for $300 in new condition as a regular price, but if you want one now and you are okay with used, there are a couple of used options for around $240 at Amazon Warehouse Deals (AWD).
