Which is perhaps partially why they are on sale for $10? 🙂

PS: if you can’t easily remember which ones are open and closed in this Beyerdynamic line-up, here’s a little mnemonic for the DT 770, 880 and 990. The higher the number, the more open they get. The 770 is closed, the 880 is semi-open, and the 990 is open.
